When you use the services of WiseWay (hereinafter referred to as "we"), we may collect and use information about you. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we collect, use, store and share your information when you use our services, and how we provide you with access to, update, control and protect this information. This Privacy Policy is closely related to the WiseWay services that you use. We hope that you will read it carefully and when necessary, make the choices you think are appropriate in accordance with the guidelines of this Privacy Policy. We try to explain the relevant technical terms used in this Privacy Policy in a way that is concise and easy to understand.
Before using any of our services, please ensure that you have carefully read and fully understood this Privacy Policy, in particular the terms in bold and underlined, and do not use any product or service unless you fully understand and agree to its terms.
By using or continuing to use our services, you consent to our collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When providing services, we may collect, store and use the following information about you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to register as a user or use some of the services we provide or achieve the intended results of those services.
Personal information, that is, personal information you provide to us when you register for an account or use our services, such as telephone number and email address.
Location information, that is, information about your location that is collected when you enable the location feature of your device and use our location-based services, including:

When you use the third-party Apps we connect, we may receive your personal information from our third-party partners, such as information about your device, location and operation behaviors, to the extent necessary to provide interfacing technical support. If you choose not to have us collect the relevant personal information, some or all of the features of the third-party App may not be available, but your use of our other features will not be affected. The third-party partners may directly collect and use your personal information in accordance with their privacy policies, but we do not collect such information. It is recommended that you read and understand the privacy policy of the third-party partners before accepting their services and providing your personal information.
We will store your information in a secure manner, including through local storage (e.g. data caching in Apps), databases and server logs.
In general, we will only store your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of the service or as required by laws and regulations.
We will store the personal information collected from domestic users within the territory of China in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not currently transfer or store your personal information across borders. If we need to transfer or store your information across borders in the future, we will inform you of the purpose of such transfer, the recipient, the security safeguards and risks, and obtain your consent.
If our products or services are discontinued, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, etc., and we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise required by laws or regulations.

We will strictly restrict the behavior of our third party partners in accordance with laws and regulations, and require them to strictly comply with our data privacy policies and requirements, including but not limited to, data privacy agreements, commitments and relevant data processing policies to, prevent individuals from being identified and ensure privacy security.
We will not share personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) with third parties without your express consent.
We do not currently actively share or transfer your personal information to any third party, but if we do share or transfer your personal information in any circumstances, or if you ask us to share or transfer your personal information to a third party, we will do so either directly or by confirming that the third party has your express consent to do so.
We will not disclose the personal information we collect to any outsider, unless it is necessary to do so, in which case we will inform you of the purpose of the disclosure, the nature of the information disclosed and any sensitive information involved, and obtain your express consent.
As our business develops, we may be involved in mergers, acquisitions, transfers of assets and other transactions, in which case we will notify you in accordance with laws and regulations, and continue to protect your personal information to a standard no less than that required by this Privacy Policy or require the new controller to continue to protect your personal information.
Besides, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and national standards, we may share, transfer and disclose your personal information without your prior consent under the following circumstances:

Our services are primarily for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain the prior consent of your parent or guardian before using our services. We will protect the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations. In cases where the personal information of minors is collected with the consent of their parent or guardian, we will only use, share, transfer or disclose such information as permitted by law, with the consent of their parent or guardian, or as necessary to protect the minors.
We do not provide services for children. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use our services without the consent of their parent or guardian to this Privacy Policy (and such consent shall be given on behalf of both the parent/guardian and the children). We do not intend to collect personal information from children under the age of 14 without the above consent. If you, as a parent or guardian, become aware that we are in possession of personal information about a child under the age of 14 without such consent, please contact us and we will promptly identify (and remove) such personal information.
During your use of our service, we may provide you with appropriate operational settings, depending on the specific situation of the product, to enable you to access, delete, correct or withdraw your personal information.
